Xmas & New Year Workouts – Nottingham Fitness Boot Camp

This is your Xmas & New Year exercise survival guide

5 Workouts, to keep that Stuffing off your hips!

 

Workout 1:

  • Squats
  • Press Ups
  • Squat Jumps
  • Press Ups
  • Squats
  • Press Ups
  • Squat Jumps
  • Press Ups

Exercise 1: 20 secs

10 secs rest

Exercise 2: 20 secs

10 secs rest

Complete all exercises then rest for 1 min, repeat X 2

 

Workout 2:

  • Burpees
  • Plank
  • Burpees
  • Plank

Complete exercise 1 for 30 secs, then move straight into exercise 2 for 30 secs

Complete all twice, then rest for 1 min.  Repeat X 2

 

Workout 3:

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Squat Thrusts
  • Press Ups
  • Squat Hold
  • Squats
  • Squat Jumps

Complete exercise 1 for 50 secs, then rest for 10 secs

Exercise 2 for 50 secs, then rest for 10 secs

etc

Once all are completed, rest for 1 min, then repeat x 2

 

Workout 4:

  • Narrow to Wide Squats
  • Tricep Dips
  • Plank
  • Squat Jumps
  • Renegade Rows

Complete 1 min of all exercises then rest for 1 min, Repeat x 2

 

Workout 5:

  • 10 Squats
  • 20 sec Wall Squat
  • 10 Squat Jumps

Repeat all exercises back to back then rest for 20 secs.  Repeat X 5
