Honestly, we do not care about how much weight you are going to lose!!!

And you know why?

Because losing weight is easy……

The real ‘Measure’s’ which we are looking to vastly improve, are things that are a little closer to the heart:-

  • Intrinsic
  • Meaningful
  • Worthwhile

These words are where you should be setting your goals and targets from….not just, ‘I want to lose 3lb’s’

The hidden measures which we are actually assessing on our Fitness Camp’s are things like

  • Sex Drive
  • Energy
  • Confidence
  • Sleep
  • Digestion

These are far more important than what that figure on the scales says…..
