Is this your impression of what a Diet is made up of?
Because in our opinion that is our idea of hell!!!
No wonder so many people are so put off from even starting a programme such as our’s as they are so fearful of the ‘what’ they will be recommended to eat.
We consulted the dictionary for a true description of what the word ‘Diet’ means….
>>> Diet (nutrition), the sum of the food consumed by an organism or group
So our ‘Diet’ is basically the amount of food which passes our lips.
It is not, restricting calories to the point of exhaustion, whilst at the same time flooding your body with sugar laden shakes, and the occasional fruit bar.
That is literally insane, if you think that will give you any benefit whatsoever…..
Yes the scales might be a few pounds lighter momentarily, but as soon as you return to normal eating the weight will be back on and then some.
If the Diet you are being recommended contains any of the above, then walk away from it.
It may promise the world (which most do) but it will leave you feeling worse than when you started.
