How much do you hate your love handles? You know those little bits that stick out when you put on your skinny jeans!!

You do know that all the running in the world is not going to shift them.

The way to get rid of them is simple….

Reduce your Carbohydrate intake.
I’m not saying totally cut them out (although that does work as well!!) just have them as a reward when you have been to the gym or done a workout.

Watch how quickly they will disappear
