Just thought we would reveal a simple little workout you can do from home.

This is a toughie – and should only take you 28 mins including a rest :)

45 secs on 15 secs rest

  • Squat Jumps
  • Reverse Lunges
  • Press Up’s
  • Planks

X 3 then rest for 90 secs

45 secs on 15 secs rest

  • Lateral Lunges
  • Narrow to Wide Squats
  • Burpees
  • Plank Walkout’s

X3 then your done!!!
