Beef Goulash Recipe – Nottingham Fitness Boot Camp

Just cooked up a banging Beef Goulash for tea…..served up with Cauliflower Mash & Broccoli :

50g of diced beef.
1 heaped teaspoon smoked paprika.
1 heaped teaspoon of paprika.
fresh red chillies (however hot you want it to be), finely sliced
1 large onion, finaly chopped.
1 pint beef stock.
1 tin of chopped tomatoes.
table spoon of tomato puree.
extra virgin olive oil.
1 clove of garlic, finily chopped.
peppers (mixed) finaly sliced.
salt and pepper for seasoning.

how to do it:

Add a drop of olive oil into a preheated pan the put the onions, chillies, garlic and the peppers in a pan and let the onions soften up for about 10 mins. Then add the smoked paprika, paprika and tomato puree in and mix together. Add the chopped tomatoes bring to a boil and then add the beef stock, add the salt and pepper bring to a boil then add the diced beef, leave to simmer for about 30 mins.
